PA/QA Engineer for Space Development

Your Role

As a PA/QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in guaranteeing the reliability, safety, and quality of our space products.

  • Ensure mission reliability by guaranteeing that all materials, components, and processes meet strict space-grade standards
  • Act as the primary PA interface for customers and subcontractors
  • Support configuration control & data management
  • Define and manage PA & Safety requirements and prepare PA plans
  • Create and maintain PA templates, forms, and databases
  • Oversee cleanliness & contamination control for space products
  • Support design and procurement by assisting in supplier selection, audits, and specifications
  • Manage PMP and EEE selection & documentation
  • Organize, lead, and manage PA-related meetings & inspections
  • Handle non-conformance tracking and waiver/deviation control

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent through experience
  • Strong affinity with various engineering disciplines (electronics, optics, mechatronics, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the aerospace sector (procedures, standards, materials)
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment
  • Quality-focused and detail-oriented team player
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
